The KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY will lead to the MONEYLESS SOCIETY: an almost perfect world

With all those events going on in the world, one wonders how we ever got to this point in the first place and how can we get out of it. Did you ever realize how many laws our politicians crank out every year?! Laws, which we than have to live by. They come up with laws and regulations for the environment, laws that tell who and how can make pharmaceuticals, laws about traffic, about food, laws about technology and science and so on and so forth. An endless list! After thinking about this for a while, I started to notice that there is something fundamentally wrong with this picture. Here is an example to show you what I mean: If you are sick, would you go to a politician for help? Of course not. You would go to a doctor. A man or woman, which has gone to school and is a professional in treading illnesses. So, why than do we live in a world where politicians crank out laws about issues that they themselves have no, or very little knowledge about. Sure, they have advisory boards, but in the end they twist the advice they are getting into something that THEY think would work best. Mostly for their own benefits and to stay in office. That has been this way for as long politics has existed.

However, there is hope to change this. Over the last decade or two, a new phrase has emerged in academic circles: The Knowledge based society! Now, what is this? Economic experts, forecasters and academics have seen a trend that started to emerge over time. Here is the concept in a nutshell:

First Contact: (part three): The benefits for you and me

Well, my friends, here we are at the 3^rd chapter of our First Contact series (part one, part two). Today we will take a closer look at the benefits a First Contact event would bring about for all of us. Let’s see what kind of change First Contact will bring to our society and to life overall on this planet.

After First Contact has occurred, things will change rapidly. Everyone will be working towards the common good of our fellow human beings. One of the first things that will be done is to make food and clean water available to every man woman and child on earth. This will be easily achieved by running a “water pipeline” into dry regions and thereby solve two problems at once. A) Water will be available for drinking, cooking and other household purposes, and B) water will also be available for irrigation to start food production. All the energy needed for the pumps, sprinklers and other equipment will be of course derived form solar panels and wind turbines! eco friendly and renewable energy sources.(see the concept in action)

The next and also very important change will be in the field of medicine and health care. Both will be easily accessible and available for everyone. Preventive medicine, starting with good nutrition, chemical free food products of organic origin, will be at the forefront. The primary goal will be to be healthy and active, instead of being bombarded with all kinds of different advertisements for all kinds of unnecessary pharmaceutical products. A much healthier lifestyle is now possible; since all the pollutants are being removed form the air and the soil as well as our water. This change alone will create thousands of jobs in the field of “environmental repair and restoration”.

As we begin to combat planetary problems such as pollution and global climate change, a new area of international cooperation will develop. This in turn will, in a short period of time, reduce the human habit of warfare tremendously. Rather than going against each other, we will go with each other to face and solve regional and planetary problems together.

Since there will be a global change of consciousness  towards cooperation and working for the common good, poverty and crime will start to disappear from our society. Also, while working for the common good for everyone, there will be a more equal distribution of wealth and prosperity. Which will be brought about by a change to a more fair and common sense based political system -The knowledge based society-.

Another big contributing factor to change will be the restoration and availability of quality education for everyone. Proper high level education is the single most powerful tool to bring about socio-economic changes.  Access to education is not a privilege, but rather a basic right for everyone. In a changed world, education at all levels will be free and accessible to everyone. There will be no more educational privileges for the rich, who can afford to pay for higher education, and therefore widen the inequality in wealth distribution and acquisition, further tipping the scale in their favor. Education will be the base of a new, equal rights society.

With the new educational system in place, the next and closely related change will be the economic system. The new system will be driven by the demand of life enhancing products as well as environmentally friendly ones. In short, what this means is that there will be a great demand for truly health improving medicine (new medicine based on gene therapy, preventive pharmaceuticals, natural cures etc.) rather than all those medicines that are now offered to us, simply to increase the profits of the pharma industry.

Foods will be clean, nutritious, eco-friendly grown, rather than showered in pesticides.

Eco-friendly energy sources, clean means of public and private transportation will also be in high demand as well as any scientific and technology products that could further enhance the quality of life for everyone. As you surely can see, I could go on and on with an endless list of products and there description but I’m sure you have gotten my point by now.

There will also be a change in the composition of the workforce in this economy. Most manual labor jobs will be done by robotic systems. Long gone are those long assembly lines with their monotone and repetitive demand on the human laborer. A great many people will be working in their field of passion, rather than just holding a boring 9 to 5 job. Since there are many specialized niches in the market, there will be ample opportunity for an individual to let his or hers creative spirit fly. By now, some of you might be starting to think that I’m living in a dream world, and that all those changes, as desirable as they might be, will just never come to pass, regardless of a First Contact scenario, or any other trigger event. But not so fast, I say. Let’s take a look at the present situation right now. If you just look at all the social media out there, face book, twitter, or any of the countless other forums, groups, chat rooms etc., or by simply surfing the internet, you will see that more and more people are starting to talk about all those issues that we are touching on, in our series right here. Look at the countless “Green” sites that are popping up all over the net. Look at the sales figures of all meditation, or other self help products. There are many groups on the net who discuss all the same topics that we are talking about right here. There is of course also the”Occupy” movement.  As you can see, the shift in our society is already starting. Of course, it is still in its infancy, but every day, more and more people like you and me are sitting up and taking notice. A more planetary oriented society is just the natural forward movement of civilization and evolution. Nothing to be feared. All the large problems we are facing right now are planetary problems. Climate change, Global pollution, energy resources and so on. In order to combat all those challenges, we simply HAVE to work together on a global scale, rather than to try to fix regional patch works. Obviously all those changes are very desirable and work towards improving live on this planet.

So, you might ask, why isn’t everyone fully on-board already? The reason that the shift is not occurring at a much faster pace is simply do to the fact that the elite is trying to keep their fingers in the dam, to slow down the process by as much as they can. Their propaganda machine tells us day and night how we should dress, what we should eat and drink, how we should act, what we should and shouldn’t say or believe, what we should be interested in etc. etc. All this, so that we fit into the norm! All the while we are also being told that we are all different and separated by: Race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political ideology, national identity and so on and so forth. The reason that more people are not waking up is simply that they can’t get out under the propaganda avalanche. This is the reason why I believe that we need a “Trigger Event” such as First Contact or any similar “Wake up” call. Once all people start to see trough the fog and get a clear understanding of our situation, then my friends the shift will occur rapidly.

By now, many of you will start to understand the new concept. But you wonder if there is something that you can do right now to help moving things along. The answer is yes, you can! There are several things you can do starting right now and enjoy already some of the benefits that we have talked about so far. In the next chapter of our series, we will get specific about what and how each one of us can do, to already start reaping some of the benefits, as well as improve and prepare yourself for a better future …

FIRST CONTACT (part two): Why and How it will change the world

Well, my friends, I hope you have enjoyed part one of our First Contact series, and got familiar with the concept. If you missed part one, click here to get up to speed. In today’s edition, we will take a look as to why and how First Contact will change things for us.

The first and most pivotal impact will be the recognition, that we all are the same.

We are all Humans! There is no difference between us, based on race, religion, gender, political views etc., etc. Very quickly will we develop the understanding that we all have to take care of each other, rather than fight over minute, unimportant issues? It will very quickly become apparent, that all those diversifying issues are mostly made up and promoted by the elite, in order to keep us from seeing the truth, and therefore becoming aware of their tactics. Greed and unequal opportunities will no longer be tolerated. Even right now, without First Contact, people are starting to recognize and oppose the ways and influence of the corporate elite. 

Accumulation of wealth will still be okay, but it will not be based on greed and lopsided laws, constructed to favor just a privileged few, but based on laws that insure equal opportunity for all.  An equal, lobby free, common sense based political system. All those necessary changes will come about because of the pressure from the, until now ignored, 99% of the earths population. As people start to unite, and don’t buy into the smoke screen of diversity, thrown up by the elite via their controlled media, the average people will exert their power and bring about the desired changes. (However, over time this type of political system will be replaced by Knowledge based Society). Of course, initially, at the beginning there will be some resistance to the coming changes but, over a rather short period of time it will all take its natural course and things will go their natural way, guided by the new circumstances.

Now, there is one more thing that we need to address in all of those changes. It’s the question of religion! Eastern religions are more based on a spiritual lifestyle, rather than anchored in a dogma, like our three main religions in the west. -We will deal with the place of religion in a later chapter in more detail. For now, let’s just acknowledge that our religious views will have to be re-examined and adjusted to the new reality-.

Please, pay attention here. I have said RELIGION will need to be adjusted, not the BELIEF in GOD. Surely there is a higher power out there. However, religion is man made and therefore subject to change, as we have seen over history. Religion has been and is still being used to make and influence politics, as well as being the basis of most wars fought throughout history, up to the present. As I said before, since religion is a very touchy subject for many people, we will deal with this question in more detail in another chapter of the series.

As you can see my friends there will be many changes in many fields coming toward us when First Contact is established. So, in our next chapter of the series, we will take a closer look at the anticipated changes in our economy, society and environmental practices.

HOW AN ADVANCED PLANETARY SOCIETY WORKS

First of all, we have to build the ideological infrastructure   ... cognitive, conceptual and physical.

However, everything we need to create an advanced planetary society, is already here. We have the technology, science and knowledge to start building the future right now. This is not an imaginary science fiction dream, it is backed by hard facts, that can become reality at any time ... if we only had the necessary collective commitment. 

So, what's the main obstacle that stands in the way of achieving the proper mindset and inspiration?  The answer: Conservative, right wing ideology. This way of thinking is based on fear, hate, racism and an unrelenting opposition to forward progress. as long as there are elements in our society, that adhere to such an ideology, denying science facts as well as living in a conspiracy based alternate reality, the prospects of achieving an advanced planetary society are are dim.

However, by promoting and concentrating on the right and necessary steps, we can start to move forward and begin to create a better society, that will advance the entire planet into a better future. So, what do we need to get started?. Well, here is a short list with the main objectives. We will go into more details, as we keep going forward.

Economy

• The entire economy works as a moneyless system 
• The entire economic system is set up to work in harmony and to the advantage and advancement of the environment ... Eco integrated
• All energy sources are free and renewable
• All physical work is automated 

Society

• The entire Society is based around the acquisition of knowledge and invests heavily in education
• Social status is based on amount of knowledge
• Political decisions are based on science and for the good of Humanity and the planet
• The entire society is working towards the good of the planet and all its people. Everybody is trying to better themselves and is doing the right moral thing in all aspects of life

FIRST CONTACT (part one): The event that will change the world

We all have heard about –world changing events- at one time or another. Especially now, in the year 2012, all kinds of scenarios are floating around and gaining momentum. Anything from a meteor strike, super volcano eruption, pole shift, mega flood to an “end game” at Armageddon is on the table. And then some!

But what about a much more realistic, very possible event? What about First Contact!? If you are not certain what exactly First Contact means don’t worry, we’ll answer all the details. Step by step.

Since this is a very large subject, with many different fields related to it, I will break it up into several, smaller, more digestible articles. As the series will move along, I will tie in, news from fields that are relevant to the progress towards First Contact, as well as being a part of the new way of life, after First Contact has been made. News from the fields of science and technology, space exploration, ancient discoveries, current events, environmental development, medical advances and so forth. It will be a journey into the not so distant future.

So, stay tuned and find out how First Contact will affect you, and what you can do already today, to prepare and to enjoy the positive changes that will come.

Now, let’s get started. Let the journey begin!

First things first: What actually is First Contact?

As the name implies, first Contact means contact for the first time with an extraterrestrial life form. Now, this does not necessarily mean with an intelligent form of life. It simply means contact with any extraterrestrial life form. This could be anything form a microbe, a single or Multi-cell organism, a plant, an animal species etc. etc. The contact with the most impact would of course be contact with an intelligent alien.  In whatever form first contact will manifest itself, it will bring about profound changes to our society and way of life. Even if we initially only discover alien microbes, it will change our perception of our place in the universe. From there it will not be hard to make an educational assumption that if there are alien microbes, that there also will be intelligent alien species around.

Considering the constant, almost daily, discovery of new extra solar planets, as well as rapid advances in astrobiology, this scenario is very likely to become reality in the near future.

So, my friends. As you can see, rather than some cataclysmic catastrophe based on all kinds of 2012 “end time” predictions, a First Contact scenario is much more likely to happen, since there is real progress being made toward it, based on concrete science and technology.

As I promised in the beginning, as we go along, I will keep you updated with relevant news from many different, but related fields. In the meantime, anyone who wants to take a little peek into the future can read my article –A Knowledge Based Society- and get a little taste of how things could be in the future.

FIRST CONTACT: THE EDUCATION CONNECTION

In a post First Contact world, education will be one of the cornerstones a new society will be build on. It will be free to all, and knowledge in general will be easily accessible in every corner of the world. Results of scientific experiments and breakthroughs in all fields will be openly shared throughout humanity. In a  KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY,  Education is the driving force behind everything. All the teaching and learning is done via telecommunication. Old style, brick and mortar classrooms are becoming obsolete over time. Holograms are being used to demonstrate physics an chemistry experiments safely and accurately. It will be a completely VIRTUAL class room. Also, the educational materials, study subjects and standards, will be the same around the planet, in order to avoid inequality in the educational levels of all students, anywhere. So, and how can all this be financed? It doesn't have to be, in a MoneyLess society. Which we will examine in our next article, and see that it is perfectly feasible.

The three versions of the Holy Grail Legend.

This article is part of the “Benefits of solving ancient mysteries” series. Today we will look at the three different versions of the Holy Grail legend. And examine which one of the three, if any, holds the most merit, and if there are any potential benefits to solving this mystery.

Okay, my friends. Here we go:   

Version number one!

The Holy Grail is the cup that contains the blood of Jesus Christ.

The legend say’s, that when Jesus was dying on the cross, his blood, dripping down his body, was collected in a cup of some sort. Now, what is the likelihood of that actually happening? Not very great, I can assure you. Try to imagine the actual scenario that would have had to unfold.

As the bible tells us, during the trial of Jesus, all the Apostles and other followers, with the exception of a few women, ran away and went into hiding. Anyone, follower or not, who witnessed what just had happened to Jesus, would have had to be out of his mind, to grab a cup, walk up underneath the cross and collect the dripping blood. Remember, there were Roman guards guarding the scene. They wouldn’t have taken such an act lightly. Such an attempt would have most likely been a suicide mission. Furthermore, an event like this, would have undoubtedly been mentioned in the bible, since any person committing such an act, would have certainly been lifted to saint status. But again, there is nothing in the scriptures at all, in regards to such an event. So, likelihood of occurrence: Pretty much … nil!
